About This Fish

Add a truly unique predator to your collection with these Wild Caught Mono x Kelberi Peacock Bass (Cichla spp.). These naturally occurring hybrids combine the striking gold coloration and bold bars of the Kelberi Peacock Bass with the streamlined body shape and aggressive feeding response associated with Mono Peacock Bass.

Imported directly from South America, each fish is hand-selected for excellent health and vibrant coloration. At 5–8 inches, these juveniles are already established feeders and make an outstanding addition to large predatory aquariums or indoor ponds.

Like all peacock bass, these fish are active, intelligent predators that appreciate spacious aquariums with excellent filtration and pristine water quality. As they mature, their colors intensify, making them a true centerpiece for any monster fish collection.
