Shipping Schedule

Robs Aquatics ships live fish orders Monday and Tuesday only.

This limited shipping schedule is intentional and designed to:

  • Minimize time fish spend in transit

  • Avoid weekend delays

  • Ensure the highest possible live arrival success

Orders placed outside of these days will ship on the next available shipping window.


Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options at checkout, depending on order size, destination, and species:

  • Next Day Air (Recommended)

  • 2nd Day Air (Allowed at customer risk)

By selecting 2nd Day Air, the customer acknowledges the increased risk associated with extended transit times for live fish.


Live Arrival Guarantee & Shipping Method Limitations

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies ONLY to orders shipped via Next Day Air.

Orders shipped using any method longer than Next Day Air (including 2nd Day Air) are NOT eligible for refunds or reimbursements related to shipping delays, carrier issues, or losses caused by extended transit time.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather interruptions

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

Shipping costs cover live animal handling, professional packing materials, oxygenation, insulation, and carrier fees, which cannot be recovered once an order ships.


Restocking Fee

If an order is canceled after fulfillment has begun, refused upon delivery, or returned due to customer error, a $100 restocking fee will apply.

This fee covers:

  • Handling

  • Health reassessment

  • Quarantine and reintegration costs


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment on the delivery date

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Monitoring tracking information provided after shipment

Failure to receive a package on the first delivery attempt voids all guarantees.

By placing an order with Robs Aquatics, the customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to:
