Our Promise

At Robs Aquatics, we stand by the health and quality of every fish we ship. That’s why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all livestock purchased through our mail-order service. Your satisfaction and the well-being of our fish are top priorities.

Terms & Conditions

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
These costs are not covered under our live arrival policy.
We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS/FedEx).
We strongly advise selecting overnight shipping whenever available.
The guarantee ends once the fish is introduced into your tank.
Please inspect all livestock while still in the original packaging.
No returns accepted due to size, aggression, or compatibility concerns.
Know your state laws.
If you order a species that is banned in your state, your order will be canceled, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.
We will not ship restricted species—do not attempt to order them.

If a Fish Arrives Dead or in Poor Condition

In the unlikely event that a fish arrives in poor health or deceased, you must:

Contact us right away upon confirming the fish is DOA. Do not discard anything until we instruct you to.
Record a full unboxing video clearly showing:

The unopened shipping box
Opening the package
The fish in its original bag
Close-up footage of the fish’s condition
No video = no claim. Without visual proof, we cannot process a replacement or refund.

Notify us at the time of delivery.
We only honor claims reported immediately upon arrival.
We do not cover DOA due to carrier delays or shipping errors outside our control.

Delivery & Acceptance Policy

You must be available to receive the package at first delivery attempt.
If no one is available, the guarantee is void.
Refused shipments will disqualify you from future livestock orders.
Any costs incurred from refused packages will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If the box looks damaged upon delivery, alert the driver immediately.
Open the package in their presence and document everything. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may invalidate your guarantee.

Late Deliveries

If your order is delayed in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Robs Aquatics is not responsible for late shipments caused by third-party services.
