Hi Pedro, I'm sorry you feel this way, but I do want to provide some context for anyone reading this review. We spoke directly about your fish on multiple occasions, and I personally selected the fish I believed best matched the preferences you gave me. When you later ordered additional Lemon Oscars and specifically requested a nice specimen without black fins, I acknowledged your request and again did my best to accommodate it.
These are live animals, so individual coloration, markings, body shape and appearance naturally vary, and we cannot guarantee that one individual will look identical to another fish shown in a photo or video. The Lemon Oscars we currently carry are from a very high-yellow genetic line, and I regularly show our actual inventory on the Rob's Aquatics YouTube channel so customers can see the quality of the fish we have in stock.
I'm always happy to accommodate reasonable individual requests when possible, which is exactly what I attempted to do with this order. I'm sorry the particular fish you received still did not meet your expectations, but they were not simply selected at random or sent without consideration of the requests you communicated to me.
