Green Texas Hybrid Cichlids are large, powerful Central American-style cichlids known for their heavy-bodied build, intense coloration, and bold personality. At approximately 8 inches, these fish already have impressive size and presence and make excellent centerpiece specimens for experienced cichlid keepers.

As they settle into a quality aquarium, Green Texas Hybrids can develop brilliant pearling and contrasting coloration across the body and fins. Like many large cichlids, they can be territorial and aggressive, especially toward smaller or more passive tankmates. Provide substantial swimming room, strong filtration, and carefully selected tankmates of comparable size and temperament.
